Dr. Cadet will be in her city to toast her book and be in conversation with painter Taylor Smalls latest project THROUGHLINE. Taylor met Dr. Cadet for the first time as one of the 13 Black identifiying women honored through her paintings. Over time she became Taylor’s muse in creating a space the celebrates the often overlooked Black woman the debuted November 2023. Drinks will be provided by Saint Cloud and dessert created to honor Dr. Cadet by The Last Supper Society.
