Change Cadet x Rethink Ability

$45.00

In collaboration with Rethink Ability’s inagural summit, whose mission is to advance workplace disability inclusion through meaningful conversations to empower participants to take immediate, impactful action that drives lasting change in their workplaces, this shirt celebrates the disabled and chronically ill communities. Dr. Cadet has personally designed a 90s vibe shirt that reminds folks to “use your spoon for ice cream” a phrase we use to determine the energy we need daily to be our amazing selves. As her hand model debut, she used a real picture of a real time so used a spoon for ice cream. On the back of the shirt you will see a description that is inclusive of the disability community.

Image Description- A picture of an ice cream cone with chocolate ice cream, adorned by a waffle straw swirled with chocolate and a neon yellow spoon set in a electric blue and green circle that gives 90s vibes. The ice cream cone is surrounded by the words "you can use your spoon for ice cream" and is held by a Black disabled woman who chose using one of her spoons for joy (and you should too).

Proceeds of this shirt supports Rethink Ability’s partnership with Reel Families for Change (RFC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to transforming workplace culture for creatives. RFC is a culture change agency working at the intersection of research, creative labor, and care—supporting initiatives that challenge systemic barriers and center well-being, equity, and sustainability in the screen industry and beyond.

Shipped is included for the US.
