Group Coaching for Non-Black Women


In the past year the conversation around race, equity and justice has been at the forefront, and Dr. Akilah Cadet has been providing learning opportunities for non-Black women who want to continue their work and journey as an ally.

In response to growing desires for growth and change, we are offering a group coaching series specifically for non-Black women who want to deepen their understanding of allyship and transition into becoming an accomplice by integrating anti-racism work into every aspect of their lives.

Over the course of three, ninety minute group sessions, you will learn from Dr. Cadet, engage in activities and discussion about how to show up personally and professionally, work on individual behavior and accountability, experience group coaching, and receive takeaway assignments and reading for continued learning and advocacy.

Dates and times for the sessions are as follows:

Session One: Wednesday, February 10 @ 4:30p PT - 6:00p PT/7:30p ET - 9:00p ET

Session Two: Wednesday, March 10 @ 4:30p PT - 6:00p PT/7:30p ET - 9:00p ET

Session Three: Wednesday, April 7 @ 4:30p PT - 6:00p PT/7:30p ET - 9:00p ET

*Please note, by signing up for the series you commit to attending each of the three sessions.

The investment for this opportunity is $750 per person for the three month series. Space is limited to no more than 8 participants. Please fill out the application here by Wednesday, January 27th to be considered for the cohort. You will be notified of acceptance into the series by Wednesday, February 3rd.
