For Black History Month Dr. Cadet will discuss the many forms of power and privilege, i.e. your role in the workplace, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, education level, and more. This interactive workshop will provide tips on how to use your power and privilege for yourself, support of others, and allyship, especially for black people.
